My vision journal

So remember when I told you about the secret? Well ever since reading it I can’t help but to immerse myself in positive energy, visions and dreams, and read all the self help/law of attraction books I can. The best thing that I have done for myself is to create a vision journal. Now this is my personal vision journal and I’d like to note that not everyone will want to set theirs up like mine or even want to use a journal. Go ahead and make a vision board. Or even just pin thing on your Pinterest and use that as your vision pin board. The possibilities are endless.

I want to show you all a little of what I put into my journal. I don’t want to show you every single detail because there are some personal entries in there only meant for my eyes and the universe’s. But I wanted to show you some key aspects that any vision journal would benefit from.

First of all, find some affirmations. Go online or talk to a life coach and get some ideas on how you’d like to super charge your day. Set up a morning plan page and write out what you want to do and what you want to think about every morning. Best thing is to start your day with joy and love. It may be hard but the easiest thing to do is say “I will have a glorious day filled with joy and love.” Setting the tone for your day as soon as you wake up will put a positive seed in your mind and into the universe. You can even just sing “good morning” from singing in the rain, I know that always puts me in a good mood even if I didn’t get a good nights rest.

The next best thing(s) to put into your journal are pictures, and lots of them! Think of the places you want to travel to. Think of your dream house. Think of your perfect job. Think of what you wish to accomplish or receive from the universe. The best way to manifest anything is visualize it and feel it in your Being that it is yours. If you ever get into a funk, look back at those pictures and it will put you into a positive mood which intern will send out those positive vibes and you’re one step closer to manifesting them.

I like to make yearly goals and categorize them into certain dimensions of my life. Goals for my body. Goals for my job. Goals for financial situation. You can set goals for anything you’d like. They can be as crazy or as realistic as you’d like. But having a written list or web of what you want to accomplish within the year is a great way for you and the universe to keep you on track and to bring you a step closer to what you truly want from life.

If you ever come across a quote or a saying or a poem that speaks to you, write it down. Put so much focus and energy into it. Let the meaning fill you. I like to find fellow law of attraction spiritualists and write things they have said that click in my mind and that affect me personally. It always nice to go back and have that affirmation from someone else that life is precious and you are on the right path.

This page is to deepen my personal development. I have fallen from reading and I miss it so much. I found a picture with a book log done this way and I loved the visual representation of tracking your reading. And it reminds me what books I still need to read.

  1. Awesome post Nickitea. Especially the vision journal you have prepared is just fabulous. I too have a dream book and a gratitude journal which I try to maintain regularly. I am learning to cultivate an attitude of gratitude. I love life and the law of attraction. Thank you so much for sharing this post.
